SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders with clear payment will be shipped out within one business day. We ship via UPS, FedEx and USPS based on the destination. Order tracking information will be provided once the item has shipped. Delivery estimate is typically 2-4 days.

WARRANTY & POLICY

If for any reason, after the 60 days you think the item has a manufacture defect. You may contact us directly via email and we will provide you with the manufactures contact information to resolve any issue.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

Please request RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization) by contacting us directly via email.

All returns are accepted within 60 days of receipt. Any item received after 60 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. All items must be returned in the same condition it was received; new or unworn condition in the original brand name retail box/packaging, including any brand name tissue paper and/or shoe inserts for the re-sale and refund value. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Any online purchases can be returned at our physical retail location providing a copy of the online receipt.

Refunds will be processed within 1 business day upon returned delivery date applied to your credit card or the original method of payment. Original shipping charges, if applicable, are nonrefundable.

Yes, as we are a California based business we are obligated by law to charge the CA Sales Tax of 8% to Californian orders.

Do you offer insole measurements?

Yes, we will try our best to provide insole measurements with the style and size requested.

Can I order online and pick up from the store?

No, if an item is ordered online it must be shipped to the order’s original shipping address.

I ordered an item online; can I exchange it in the store?

Yes, as long as it is unworn, unused and in the original brand name retail box/packaging as well as providing a copy of the online receipt. Exchanges can be made to a different size or color in the same style.
